EUROPA DONNA – The European Breast Cancer Coalition holds Breast Health Day on 15 October to disseminate information about breast health and to raise awareness of prevention and early detection of breast cancer among women and girls across Europe.

 

For this purpose, EUROPA DONNA has also published a Guide to Breast Health encompassing key aspects of breast health.

 

The first Breast Health Day featured a special launch event in Milan, Italy on 15 October 2008. In coming years, Breast Health Day will be an annual event celebrated across Europe in EUROPA DONNA member countries.
